Diving & Snorkeling @ Koh Haa
The marine life that can be found on Koh Haa is very abundant and varies from the rare Ghost Pipefish measuring just a few centimeters to the octopus hiding between rocks and crevices. The Hawksbill turtle is often seen swimming among the pristine corals.
Koh Haa, especially Koh Haa Yai, is a diving area near Koh Lanta where whale sharks have been seen very often. There have been dives where two Wale sharks have met in one place. No guarantees, but worth the risk.
One of the highlights of Koh Haa is the series of caves and swimming channels. The largest cave has three chambers and is known as the Cathedral. The first two chambers are connected by a shallow canal at a distance of about 9 meters.
